The Philippine Integrated Learning Review Center (PILRC) is an affiliate of Nurse Care Review Center (NCRC), and the Iligan Learning Resource Center (ILRC). Our lecturers are comprised with National Lecturers with years of experience in conducting review programs nationwide.
